Executive Director of Clinical Operations (MSN, DNP, or NP) PHP Executive Director of Clinical Operations plays a pivotal role in optimizing patient care, managing resources and fostering a supportive clinical environment in a variety of healthcare settings that can include, but are not limited to, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and independent living communities, as well as via telehealth.Job Summary:The Personalized Health Partners (PHP) Executive Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for designing and implementing clinical strategies to assist the Directors of Clinical Operationss to realize clinical objectives and meet PHP goals.

The PHP Executive Director of Clinical Operations will oversee the management of clinical operations within PHP. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSEnsure the delivery of high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations and standards.Provide ongoing performance feedback throughout the year, coach employees in disciplinary matters, and obtain assistance from VP for disciplinary actions and/or termination.

Support business strategies to assist the practice with business goals.Ensure regions have sufficient and qualified personnel.Perform quarterly and annual employee reviews and provide feedback on their performance to help motivate their dedication to professional goals.

Maintain appropriate and compliant documentation within our EMR (electronic medical record) software.Develop relationships with key stakeholders within the SNF's and corporate leadership.Support strategic initiatives regarding value-based care.

Provide an excellent customer experience to foster high customer satisfaction/retention.Practice ethically and in accordance with the Scope and Standards of Practice of their profession and Board Certification.Follow all state and federal regulations, guidelines, and lawsAdditional duties of Executive Director of Clinical OperationsCollaborate with the facility leadership and facility corporate leadership teams.

Executive Director of Clinical Operations are expected to meet with their DCO's on a weekly and as needed basis to ensure that PHP productivity and quality goals are being met.Executive Director of Clinical Operations will provide weekly performance meetings with DCO's to review productivity, completion rate of acute visits, unsigned notes, cancelled visits and uncompleted Relias trainings for each region.
