We are seeking an experienced transformational Director, Implementation Program Management Office (PMO) to join our Implementation leadership team and drive the successful implementation of our safety and telematics products and services.This is a new team that needs the right leader in place to build for scale by putting in place the necessary people, processes, and tools to drive customer experience and operational excellence within our Implementation projects.

In this role, you'll report to the VP of Client Operations and be a critical member of the Client Operations leadership team. You will implement and enhance the fundamental components of a high performing SaaS Implementation Professional Services PMO, including implementation methodology, portfolio tracking, team resource optimization, and best practice playbooks.If you are an experienced Implementation PMO leader looking to build a best-in-class team and deliver exceptional results with a growing SaaS video telematics company, we want to hear from you!You'll Get to: Establish a clear charter and formal strategy for the Implementation PMO and scale the team with talented Client Project Managers.

Ensure the successful implementation of Lytx products, accelerating customer time to value while helping delivery teams to focus on delivering high-quality professional work and delivering consistent internal and external customer experiences.Proactively monitor project health across the Implementation portfolio and remove roadblocks to ensure that the team has what is needed to deliver results.Effectively manage the Implementation backlog based on projected bookings to ensure proper resource allocation and plan appropriately to ensure that on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, the Implementation team meets and/or exceeds targets.

Serve as an escalation point and support team in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Optimize the delivery motion through methodologies, playbooks, and best practices to ensure customer and company success for Implementation projects and long-term relationships and subscriptions.Set and drive KPIs to increase project efficiency and resource utilization, ensure product adoption, and hold team members accountable for delivering results.

What You'll Need:Experienced transformational leader who understands how to build and run an Implementation PMO; exposure to both SaaS software and hardware solutions a plus.Outstanding interpersonal skills to understand how best to navigate internal and external resources to move an individual, program, or project forward; ability to effectively partner with individual contributors through C-Level executives.Strategic planner and thinker that can map out how best to operate based on the strategic imperatives, KPIs and desired outcomes of the organization and company.

Operationally minded to ensure the right methodologies, systems, tools and processes have been implemented to operate as efficiently and effectively as possible.Experience reporting and managing the health of an implementation project portfolio to ensure operational predictability and accelerating customer time to value.Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
