Monitor schedule performanceResponsible for P&L on each project. Identify potential clients and take necessary action to achieve additional sales.Assist the Marketing Department in the preparation of presentations and interviews; participate in interviews.Implement all applicable Safety Programs and EEO/Affirmative Action Programs.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering requiredDirect experience leading multiple construction projects in excess of 75M.15+ years of progressive experience in construction management for a large scale general contractor.Self-perform experience is strongly desired.

For California locations only, the salary range for this position is: $165,000 - $190,000. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation. Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors
